I started working at OMRF after receiving my Bachelor’s degree from the University of Oklahoma in 2004. Since 2010, I have designed and run all genotyping studies for the NGS Core. I also perform all post-library-prep work for processing sequencing experiments in the lab. Over the past seven years, I have genotyped over 34,000 unique samples on high-throughput beadarrays for a total of over 20 billion genotype calls, while maintaining a success rate of over 98%. My results have contributed to over a dozen separate publications covering a wide range of diseases and phenotypes.
